Mike has a hernia operation and thus is full of vicodine during the show.  The majority of the show talks about how he wants to renovate his house to deal with his new found appreciation for butt problems, going to the bathroom for old people retards, and others.  Hawking falls ill and we wish him a speedy recovery, the real cause for global warming, more top gear talk and much more.
